Yes, you will need to buy a domain name to go live. Domain names and hosting fees are separate and through the host of your choice. If you use Squarespace, you can purchase a domain name through them when you are ready to go live. Third party domain companies I recommend are Dreamhost.com

No problem. Please just send me a link to the template before you purchase so I can make sure it has enough pages to work with.

All websites require a monthly hosting fee. Squarespace’s monthly hosting is around $16/mo for the personal plan. As a business owner, I always recommend the business plan.

Yes. I do work with a lot of clients so working on schedule is vital. Once we book the design weeks for you, that means I do not book anyone else. 50% deposit is due to book your design time.

I will need ALL of your content before I can start the project (your images, text, logos). I'll send you a fillable form that will guide you through what to put on each page. I will curate stock photos if needed to match your aesthetic.

Yes, I split up the payment into two payments. 50% to begin and the remainder at launch. The larger packages can be broken up into monthly payments. We can chat on our call.

You get 2 weeks of tech support after launch date. You will also receive a training video on how to edit your template. After your 2 weeks support you can book changes with me on an as-need basis. Just reach back out.

When you buy a new template, it will be created in your account as a new site. I will work on your new site and when you’re ready to go live, cancel the old site hosting and start a new hosting plan with the new site.
